The Process
The consultation
Your laser hair removal starts with a consultation with our highly skilled providers. They discuss your goals, examine the treatment areas, and recommend the ideal plan and frequency for laser hair removal. They will provide you with before and after care instructions that you must closely follow in order to have success with your hair removal.
The treatment
During your laser hair removal session, the provider will gently pass the laser device over the targeted areas. The device will emit pulses of light absorbed by your hair. The treatment length depends on the size of the target area, but it can be as little as 10 minutes.
Repeat Visits
Repeat sessions are required because hair follicles are always in a different phase of growth. A few weeks after a laser hair removal session, those dormant follicles will have entered a growth phase, and the session will need to be repeated in order for the laser to then target that next stage of the hair growth.
About laser hair removal
Laser hair removal is the most effective alternative to waxing, shaving, tweezing, and other forms of hair removal. Unlike other methods, laser hair removal offers dramatic long-term results, ridding the targeted areas of hair growth. As such, laser hair removal is far more efficient and cost-effective in the long run, avoiding the need for frequent maintenance.
During the treatment, the laser device emits pulses of light energy absorbed by the pigment in the unwanted hair. The light energy damages the hair follicles responsible for hair growth, delaying hair growth significantly. With each successive laser session, your hair will grow out thinner and weaker until it stops growing.
It is a non-invasive and painless procedure that will result in a 90% reduction. Once you have completed enough sessions to achieve this 90% reduction of the treatment area, clients then only need to come in for maintenance once or twice a year.
